Welcome to 2008!

So in all likelihood we are currently out drinking and having a good time somewhere up the coast. We thought we would leave a little snippet of what we have planned for your entertainment in 2008!

Whilst Fowler Rd is still a brand new baby being nurtured and taken care of in the hope that one day it will neither make us rich nor famous. We have set our goals for 2008:
  1. Influence at least one seller into posting an auction our way!
  2. Post at least 20 articles
  3. Post at least 100 interesting websites for sale
  4. Make a total of more than 180 Entries
We have also come up with a little project we have dubbed Project F. Hopefully we won’t get an F when it comes time to complete our project. The aim of project F is to basically document the full process of buying – maintaining – documenting – selling a website (commonly referred to as flipping)  what we intend to do with Project F is to;
 
  1. Buy a website.
  2. Document the purchase as detailed as possible.
  3. Develop and maintain the website for close to a year.
  4. Document the changes we made and why.
  5. Re-invest all income back into the website.
  6. Sell the website.

Now we are going to set some ground rules.

  1. The website we will buy for this exercise will be under $3000.
  2. It must have some form of revenue.
  3. It must be purchased in an Auction.
  4. It must be sold prior to 2009
  5. All PROFIT MUST BE DONATED TO CHARITY
