CSSElite.com - CSS Gallery with 2k monthly profit

I’ve been running csselite.com for a while now and am looking to sell to get some funds for another project. If you remember, Stylegala sold two years ago for 60K and CSSVault sold last year for over 100K.

Traffic stats are well rounded, 25% of ad sales are locked up through December 2008, another 18% through August 2008, and the rest has been steady for months. This site is a no-brainer, I spend 2 hours per week maintaining the site (posting new links, sites, etc). Very easy to maintain, definitely more room for additional ad revenue too - some favicon banners in the footer or right column, promote express reviews more, etc.

You can build up traffic some more by adding a forum, some css examples, etc. This site definitely has a lot of potential (as I write this I´m almost starting to question why i´m selling, lol) and is ready for a new owner who will maintain it well and put some good ideas into it.

I will work with the buyer to make sure there is a smooth transition, but it should be pretty simple...

Great natural search traffic, currently ranked in the top ten for these terms and more...
